Update – changing your billing information
If you’ve landed on this page, it probably means you received an email that you need to update your billing information. We’re currently working on adding a new payment system and unfortunately we are unable to update your billing information at this time. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience!
What you can do for now is:
1. Cancel your subscription by clicking here.
2. Once you’ve canceled, click here to re-enter your credit card information (please note that although the page says ‘start your free trial’, you are only updating your credit card details and will not get a free trial).
