TinyTap’s Learning Plan is a step by step curated curriculum designed for your child’s age and specific needs. This step by step guide of games covers subjects like social skills, math, language, and science. It was specially designed by experienced teachers. With just one game a day, your child will stay on track and reach educational milestones.

First, check your provider in your account settings. To cancel, contact your provider by following the instructions below:
Apple Subscribers
You can update and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID at any time.
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled
Google Play Subscribers
You can update and cancel your subscription through your Google Play account at any time.
1. On your Android device, open the Google Play Store
2. Tap Menu ⇒ Subscriptions
3. Tap TinyTap
4. Tap Cancel Subscription
5. Follow the onscreen instructions
Website Subscribers
You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the grey “cancel plan” hyperlink under your current plan.
How to get a refund based on your payment method:
Credit Card/PayPal
If you did not cancel your trial before you were charged, we are unable to proceed with a refund. Downloadable software, digital goods, and services rendered are non-refundable.
Google Play Store
Request a refund directly from Google Play here
Apple
Apple manages all its subscriptions and purchases directly, so we are unable to refund, cancel, or manage accounts created through Apple.

Amazon
Apps and In-App Products purchased from the Amazon Appstore may be eligible for a refund within 90 days of purchase, depending on the circumstances of your order. To request a refund, visit Your Orders and select “Return for Refund” next to that order. If you do not see a “Return for Refund” button, you are not eligible for a refund for that order. How to cancel your TinyTap subscription based on your payment method:
Credit Card/PayPal:
- Log in here, using the email and password you used to create your TinyTap account
- Update your trial/subscription by clicking the grey “cancel plan” hyperlink
Apple:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
Google Play Store:
Update and cancel your trial/subscription through your Google Play account.
- On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select the TinyTap subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
Amazon:
You can cancel your trial/subscription by following these instructions from their help center:
- Go to Your Account.
- Select Your Apps under Digital content and devices.
- Select Your Subscriptions under Manage.
- Update your subscription as needed.

- Payment will be charged to Apple, Google Play, or credit card/PayPal accounts at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
- The user may manage subscriptions & may turn off auto-renewal by going to Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to TinyTap
